Personal Property

Personal Property is defined in Title 36 Section 601 as to include all furniture, fixtures, machinery and equipment associated with a business. Please refer to the below Guide for an expanded list of taxable items. Each year, the Assessor’s Office sends a Section 706-A request to every known business located in Winslow and that business is required to submit to the Assessor’s Office, an itemized list of their personal property on the prescribed declaration form. The deadline to submit is May 1^st.
