The Planning Board is an advisory board established for the purpose of advising the Town Council on all matters pertaining to land subdivision, zoning ordinances, zoning adjustments, comprehensive planning, and any other planning duties that the Town Council may specifically delegate to the planning board. All regulations pertaining to subdivisions promulgated by the planning board submitted to the council for approval prior to implementation.
Appointments to the Board are made by the Town Council. The board consists of seven (7) members.
