The Zoning Board of Appeals hears and decide on appeals concerning alleged errors in any final decision made by the Code Enforcement Officer or Planning Board on applications for conditional uses.  
The Board consists of 7 members and 1 associate members who are appointed by the Town Council for a period of up to 5 years.
